PNGMarket is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers across Papua New Guinea. These Terms govern your use of our website, apps, and related services. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep your password secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or appear fraudulent.

You are solely responsible for listings, photos, descriptions, and messages you post. Content must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. We may remove or edit content that breaches these Terms, infringes rights, or harms other users — without notice when needed to protect the community.

PNGMarket is a venue only. Deals are between buyers and sellers. We do not own items listed, do not guarantee quality or delivery, and are not a party to any transaction. Meet safely, inspect goods, and never send money to strangers you have not verified.

Basic listing may be free. Optional paid features (such as promotions or premium placement) are charged as shown at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable once the service is delivered, except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.

How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you also agree to that policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PNGMarket and its operators are not liable for disputes between users, loss of goods or money from deals, listing inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the fees you paid us (if any) in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date and version above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the platform and close your account.
